Goals of the '99-'00 Year

"The controls crew will be designing, building, and installing the control surfaces for Phantom III. Emphasis will be put on efficiency, simplicity, and maximum control with minimum drag. Phantom III is designed to go fast and straight. We are starting from scratch this fall so come on out, put in your ideas, and help us construct and install everything. Everyone is welcome, no matter what you are interested in.
