Phantom III

Phantom III has been in the works for a couple of years now.  Designed by Ron Callis, plug construction began Fall '98 and was fully complete by Summer '99.  The Hull was also constructed during Summer '99; the pictures are on the next page.  The next step is implementing all the systems for a record-breaking boat, which will take place during the '99-'00 school year.
